Christic Prout
Christic Prout is co-founder and managing partner of Pangea LLC, bringing over a decade of leadership in cybersecurity, program management, and systems protection. A graduate of Norfolk State University, she also holds multiple industry certifications—including Certified Ethical Hacker, CompTIA Security+, Certified Scrum Master, and Certified CMMC Professional. Drawing on her experience leading high-performing teams, she is building Pangea LLC into a company that unites people everywhere through technology and shared vision.
Donald "DJ" Mitchell, Jr., Ph.D.
Donald “DJ” Mitchell Jr., Ph.D., is co-founder and managing partner of Pangea LLC, bringing more than 15 years of leadership in higher education and strategic development. A graduate of Shaw University, he also holds advanced degrees from Minnesota State University, Mankato and the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. His career has been marked by building initiatives that reflect unity, purpose, and long-term vision—values that guide his work with Pangea. Drawing on his experience in executive leadership and cross-cultural engagement, he is helping shape Pangea LLC into an enduring venture that connects people globally through shared vision and lasting impact.
